Modify for You!

Just because your body moves differently, obviously does not mean that you cannot get a great workout! It is important that you do what you can do, and modify any movements to how you can do it. If you need any help figuring out what adaptations would work for you, we are always here to help.

I have made some videos about some of the common exercises in the workouts, so that you know what muscle we are targeting. There are some modifications demonstrated that you can try.
